Universal Equality and Diversity is a Birmingham-based organization and it’s located in an area with a high population of East African migrants and families. There are many issues that people in this area face due to a language barrier and lack of skills. UEAD aims to assist them and encourage them by focusing on finding solutions for all our clients e.g. helping them with their universal credit claims, Child benefit forms filling online housing application form, housing benefit, Council tax queries, CV preparation, school admissions, and paying utility bills Gas, Electric and Water, GP registration forms, filling provisional driving licence application,  and we aim to aid them by lifting the language and IT barriers our clients commonly face.
