Who is Universal Equality & Diversity? Universal Equality and Diversity is a Birmingham-based organization and it’s located in an area with a high population of East African migrants and families. There are many issues that people in this area face due to a language barrier and lack of IT skills. UEAD aims to support the community and find solutions for all our clients e.g. helping them with their Universal credit claims, Child benefit forms, online housing application forms, housing benefit support, council tax queries, CV preparation, school admissions, and paying utility bills (Gas, Electric, Water etc), GP registration forms, and help with provisional driving licence application. UEAD aims to aid them by lifting the language and IT barriers our clients commonly face.
